Jazz Picnic 2012
The Jazz Picnic this year is set to take place on Saturday 23 June 2012 - weather depending, the roses should still be looking at their best. There have been several developments in the garden to look out for - the section of wall that was blown over has now been re-built along with an entirely new section of wall incorporating a Chinese style "moongate". The new Victorian style greenhouse is also up and running. The viewing mound is also now looking well established with the Lonicera Nitida covering having taken well. After last year's success with a great turnout of over 300 people, we hope we can do at least the same again this year. The proceeds will go to the Elsing Church as usual. Many thanks to all those who participate for making this a successful event each year.
Tickets can be obtained by sending a cheque made payable to "Elsing Church P.C.C." to Patrick Lines, Elsing Hall, Elsing, Dereham, NR20 3DX. Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope so that your tickets can be sent to you or specify that you will collect the tickets on the gate on the evening of the event stating what name they should be left under. Ticket prices are £10 per adult/£4 per child (under 12) for advance sales and £12 per adult/£5 per child for sales at the gate on the night of the event.
